Delivery:

Please ensure that you nominate a safe space for your parcel to be delivered as we want to reduce the time plants are in a dark box in a cold postal depot.

Plants are delivered Monday-Wednesday to avoid the potential for sitting around the postal depot over weekend. Plants don't like that either! Your plants will be packaged with utmost care and sent via Royal Mail. Larger packages may be sent via courier. All parcels are tracked.

During extreme weather conditions (snow, heatwave), delivery may be postponed until it is safer to deliver your new plants.

Damages:

Should your plant arrive to you in less than ideal condition, please do get in touch and we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you.

Plant Care:

Plants are living items, and require a certain amount of care. Sprout will not be held responsible for plants that suffer from neglect or overwatering. However, we are always happy to troubleshoot and advise.

Returns & refunds:

Returns for live plants are not accepted. Prior to your plant being shipped, we are happy to refund your order.
